We start with a brief introductory call — usually 30 to 45 minutes — to understand your situation. If there is a clear fit, we draft a scope document that outlines objectives, timeline, and fees. Work begins once both parties are satisfied with the scope.
Do you work with companies outside of Hong Kong? +
Our primary focus is companies operating in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Some engagements — particularly team workshops — can be delivered in-person across the region or in a hybrid format where appropriate.
What size of company do you typically work with? +
Most clients are SMEs and mid-market firms with 20 to 300 employees. We also support subsidiaries of larger groups that need localised consulting support for specific projects.
How are fees structured — fixed or hourly? +
All three standard engagements are fixed-fee. This means the price listed is the price you pay, regardless of how many internal hours we put in. For bespoke projects outside these engagements, we discuss the most appropriate structure up front.
How do you handle confidential business information? +
We operate under mutual NDA terms as standard practice. All information shared during scoping and delivery is treated with the same discretion we would expect if we were in your position.
Can we engage more than one service at a time? +
Yes, though we typically advise sequencing engagements unless your organisation has the capacity to absorb parallel workstreams. We will share our honest view on what is practical before committing to a combined scope.
